Breakfast!

So, yesterday's cooking lesson was to teach our guy friend how to make breakfast. Yes, he can scramble an egg, but the roomie taught him to make omelets and French toast.
So, this morning I want some breakfast.
Well, I don't really want another omelet, or French toast, even though I love both.
Also, in our fridge we have several loaves of breakfast breads, that are getting old.
The roomie had talked about making bread pudding with some of them.
I decided, its 10:30; she's not up; I need breakfast: I'll make bread pudding!
I mean, its got breakfast breads, eggs, milk (soy), yeah - sugar, but we use Splenda, extra raisins and some cinnamon and vanilla, that sounds like breakfast to me!
Its in the oven while I type! Soon I'll have some yummy breakfast bread pudding!

@silvermist we use this recipe except that we always double it and use raisin bread and add extra cinnamon and vanilla, about an extra teaspoon of each.
