Sleep Doesn't Like Me..

Canada

Oh sleep how I wish, how I wish you might, please let me sleep tonight?! I swear, it hasn't been a thing for me lately. If anything I'm hardly getting any sleep at all. I'm not sure what's going on. I always feel tired, yet once I get into bed. It takes me a bit to fall asleep and when I do, it's like my body doesn't know the meaning of "sleep in some!" I will end up going to bed super late, 2-4AM. Than wake up at 7am. How does that work!? Would be nice to get 8 hours of sleep. But doesn't seem to be in it for me lately. Going to head to bed..guess we'll see how my 'sleep' goes. How well do you sleep? Goodnight all!

It is really disturbing if you are unable to sleep during night. Sleep patterns differ from person to person. If you use your mobile or laptop/PC before sleep, then it could cause problems. Use of mobile phones and computers and watching TV, keeps our mind active and our mind cannot go into a peaceful mood so as to feel that we are sleeping. It is better to read something before you go to sleep or you could listen to some soft music, if possible. You could also try soaking your feet in lukewarm water in a bucket or tub before you go to sleep. Also, getting up early and indulging in physical activities like walking, running, cycling or doing some light exercise will help induce sleep.

That could be a very big problem then. I usually am always on my phone before bed. I usually like to play a game, like Candy Crush or something. I need to get into exercise more, I think that would really help..

@x0MandyLynn0x - You need to keep your phone aside before going to bed. If you keep it with you, your sleep will get disturbed.

So far, it is good for me. But, I have seen people struggle to fall asleep. You can try meditation.

I've heard so many good things about meditation, but that's something I honestly have never done. Or Yoga. Pretty much same thing. Relaxation stuff!

I have had sleep issues my whole. Right now my life is going through huge changes so sleeping isn't something that is coming easy to me. I was doing well for a few week.

@x0MandyLynn0x I have always had ups and downs were sleep is concerned. I have been sleeping about eight hours but not at night.
