I almost recover from my cough until I take the wrong food. I took 2 cheese buns this morning for breakfast. The result was that I almost coughed myself to death in the office. Even then, I did not associate my breakfast with the bad cough. I made another mistake during lunch. I had dried noodle, and I forgot to tell the hawker that I did not want chili. He added in a lot of chili sauce. The noodle was nice, but it worsen the cough.

I didn't know cheese can cause coughing worse. I usually avoid cold food or drinks. My mom would advise me not to take chicken, banana, orange, etc. I don't remember, as I think it's quite a long list, but I don't follow. I try to drink honey lemon more. Hope you'll recover very soon.

I do not always follow the list of things to avoid too. If my cough gets worse, then I will start to think about the food i have taken, and what is the culprit. Sooner or later I will recover.

So what is it you can eat that won't cause the coughing that's a lot to deal with.
