Christmas Dinner in a Can / myLot

It looks like it has everything from a Christmas dinner all layered into a can. Is this an actual item you can find in the grocery store? I have never seen or tried it. To be honest, I don't think I would want to try it. It looks pretty disgusting and I highly doubt that it actually tastes like Christmas dinner. Would you ever serve this as your Christmas Dinner?

Unless I live alone in a strange city, and I do not want to cook. Other than that, i will not want my dinner out of a can. I rather have fast food for dinner. At least it is real food, and serve hot and fresh.
