I've been reading articles online about plants/fruits that help heal illnesses, even tried one fruit that can cure hyper acidity and etc. And you know what it really works, I mean it is very effective and I can vouch you guys of it, this plant/fruit is called Guava. I think everyone knows this fruit and even eaten it. You have just to boil the 10 big leaves of guava on 4 cups of water and let it boil for fifteen minutes. Drink it warm to be more effective. I usually drink this tea after meal or snack and before bedtime. You have to drink this tea within 24 hours.

You are so right. There are so many different plants and fruits that heal people. I just wrote a discussion about the Moringa Tree and all of the wonderful healing powers of this tree. Some call all these fruits and trees magical. I know a lot of people can heal easily with transitional medicine that they can make at home. I have seen this one happen many times here on the islands. I think it's important to learn about all of these.

@marie...If you have the time then you can try eating this fruit. If you like the taste of apple, then maybe you will like guava too.
