I am always up and down all night. I mean I'm just awake, not moseying around the house. Anyway, I'm up coloring and I want to share this one with you. I color in an adult coloring book. One picture can take a total of two hours or more to finish. I only color when I am fresh and rested to do so.

ah, so that's the difference. the designs are more intricate that it takes fine motor skills and concentration, but it also means you can be really creative in your choice of colors - go psychedelic or monochromatic if you want to.

Exactly. I shade the flowers so the ends look like they are lilting up or down in their petals. I love it.

It's funny that I see this post now. Just the other day I was talking to my mother-in-law who is in her 70s and she was saying how she was thinking about getting a coloring book. Her two daughters 40+ color after work to relieve their stress. Obviously, it is a lot cheaper than therapy for them. Coloring is a great way to relax.

I love the idea but only use the coloring apps right now.mI don't have the patience to sit at home and color. With the app I can do a bit at a time when I am waiting for something.
