Recently I read in a feature that if you fall asleep in a bus or a car while travelling then your sleep wasnt good enough even if you had a long sleep. The quality of the sleep is which matters the most. Sleeping is the time at which our brain regains its full energy. It should be good enough for us to stay healthy. Sleeping positions affects a lot in the efficiency of sleep. I often fall asleep while on a bus. So that means Im not having a good sleep. What about you?

Sometimes I will fall sleep on the way when I have a travel. Such as in the plane or train because there are not much interesting to have a look outside. Sleeping is the best option for such a boring traffic.

I dont think thats a problem. Problem is when you feel sleepy as soon an you are on a seat. In long travels its common among people to sleep while travelling.

The moving bus and train often can rock us to sleep. Even if we have slept very well the night before, we may just doze off when we are travelling. It is not real sleep. We will always open our eyes when the motion stops, and we will check to see what has happened.

Sleeping while short travel means the person lacks proper sleep. I don't appreciate the sleeping habits in bus as it is not safe. However, I agree, sleeping in travel will not be sufficient or the quality is not good whether it is a long time travel or short time travel.

In the contrast, I feel nausea when I stay awake in a car for long time in a car, usually if its windows are closed. I just cant bear it.

I rarely sleep in the car. If I really want to sleep, I just close my eyes but will not fall into sleep because in the unfamiliar environment I always have a little worry.
