More mobile today

I had another tub bath today and my caregiver encourages me to do what I can for myself. I noticed I have more mobility after a bath with the water flowing over me.
Today I was able to dry myself mostly. I was able to reach down and dry my ankles. That's more than ove been able to do.
This coloring is mine out of my coloring book. I feel joy and this picture shows my mood.

wow that is wonderful such great news. I finally figured out how to find you on mylot. This new system is different from the other one.

HI Bonnie! It's great to meet up with you gain. I'm pretty stable. Cough syup seems to help my COPD symptoms. I'll probably never get off hospice but thy are a great source of help for me.
