New Plans

With Christmas three days away, there are new plans brewing. Now mind you my fingers feel more like claws at the end of the night and it takes about three hours to get each pillow to the point where I stuff and stencil, so why are there new plans? Because I love my family. I'm adding 6 more pillows for my children, one special one for my daughter. My son is right now going through all of her photos on Facebook to find the picture of the saying she has on her entryway wall - Live, Love, Laugh, Dance. I'm going to do that in the same writing style. All I can say is that there is no way those pillows will be finished in time for Christmas, but hopefully that one will. I went through my mother's fabric and found the perfect one for her. It will go perfect with her decor. So as soon as my son finds the photo, I will be out the door and on my way to Michael's for the additional stencils I needed anyway and more batting. Then I will be sewing the rest of the day to get the last two for my family finished, before I cut and start on the new six. I'm going to be busy. How about you? Have your plans changed? I don't know what my plans are yet. All I know is that I'm going to NJ today. Even though the pillows won't be done, you can always give them as birthday presents.

Now that's a good idea. That way I'm not doing them all at once like I did for my family. My kids will still get pillows and I won't ruin my fingers with endless hours of stitching. My family did love their pillows and I have great picks of them on two discussions.

The weather is not cooperating with it being so rainy as I still having shopping to do and I depend on using the bus to get around except to the stores that are across the street from me Walmart Dollar General.
