Fried Chicken and Macaroni Salad / myLot

I have made Macaroni salad and fried chicken for dinner this evening. look at the picture to the right, it looks downright delicious doesn't it? It's one of my favorite dinners to make and eat. The fried chicken is so easy to make and it's juicy and tender. The macaroni salad is one of those salads where you throw what ever vegetable you happen to have in your refrigerator into it. No matter what you add it tastes good. What are you having for dinner?

@MsTickle so do I. I like to make my cole slaw out of the angel hair bag of chopped cabbage. I love your name, it reminders me of a series of books that my middle daughter loved when she was growing up.

I can't see the picture but the menu items sound really good. We had chicken salad sandwiches for dinner they had diced white meat chicken with mayo bacon and cheese. We just wanted something fast and easy that tasted good and we hadn't had in a long time.

@sarameastrong I make fried chicken once in a blue moon. I will be good for a couple of months with my food choices and then to reward myself I will fix a supper that I love that is nor longer on my diet.
