My Notifications is Broken – It Won’t Zero Out

Since yesterday my notifications has started to show up as one. I have no new notifications or even pending one. The button is stuck on 1 and won’t zero out. I have refreshed the screen, logged off and on and still I see 1 notification pending. But there is nothing there. It says I don’t have any unread notifications.
Is anyone else having this issue or is this the new way our notifications will be showing up from now on? Do I need to file a bug report to the bug man on the site to have him look at this? Just wondering if everyone has seen this one or not.

OK now that one is totally funny. I guess a damp cloth can clean my screen but never heard of Tippex until I looked it up. I guess a correction fluid wouldn't work so well I'd be afraid to correct all my screen and slip and hit my earning too.

Thank you so much. I just checked and it is still showing 1 notification. I saw where one person said this happens when a person blocks you on their account but can come to your account and comment. She said it will stay like this until the person unblocks me or is deleted. So guess I am stuck with this notification because of this reason. I didn't know this one before or that anyone blocked me but sort of looks like they did.

@GoAskAlice For some reason today they decided to unblock me. I saw this one happen this morning. It was still blocked then all of a sudden they unblocked me and the counter was cleared out. I have an idea who it is but it is fine now. Thank you for all of the help. I guess they left a comment on one of my discussion but they had me blocked. So I can answer them but I couldn't delete the notification.

I have the same issue with my suggestion button, it always says one even though I have none.

My theory is that this happens when somebody who has blocked you leaves a comment on your post. You can't see it so you can't clear it. Unless you spot they've done it via your alerts, you're stuck with it until they eventually get their account deleted or they unblock you. I couldn't get below 1 for a week or so and then it cleared. I don't know or care who the culprit was but I'm glad they have gone. I'm also amazed that none of the other replies mention this.

Amazing this is the first I have ever heard of this one. I guess if a person has commented on my post but has blocked me from their posts then I am stuck seeing this on my account forever. I guess that is no big deal then if this one has happened. I will just live with it and hope they have fun. I don't block people even if I don't like all that they have said or done. I just leave it and move on. I'm glad to know this one now and it makes a lot of sense why it is still showing on my account.

no i dont have that kind of problem but i mark that everyone face different kind of problem where they only face not other,i have problem like profile photo interchange between mt friends so i have to show their id to identify and this problem not face others.

@poehere no my problem continuous from 2 weeks and i also told to admin and one bug account of mylot so i hope it go soon.

I really don't see a lot of people having this issue right now. I have only seen 1 other person this seems to happen to on here. So much be some sort of a glitch and so important to fix.

Sounds good to me. Wish mine would go back to normal it is annoying to always see this hidden message that I can't delete.
