Antiglare Glasses

I just bought a pair of $12.99 Anti Glare glasses made for computer reading. I know there is a special company that makes these same type of glasses but with your prescription. I can also get the same thing from the eye doctor. Truth be told I need to go back to see the eye doctor in the near future. Anyway the Antiglare is to keep the glare from the computer screen from straining my eyes. I try to look away as often as possible, and still will even with these glasses on. Does anyone else have this feature either on their prescription eyewear or as a pair of non script glasses?

My dad added the anti-glare coating for his prescription glasses from Costco! He said it's helpful, but I'm not sure because I don't wear glasses.

The last time I went the eye specialist asked if I wanted it. I said no because I Was being a cheappy cheap skate lol. I am sure that it helps, perhaps not to the same level as everyone else, but yeah. Lucky you for not needing glasses!
