Onboard Courier Boy / myLot

Hi Mylot Friends, While I am maintaining courier service long back I am also become OBC boy (On board service) I operating daily service to Chennai, Hyderabad, Tirupathi and Chilamkur. I have arranged some boys to collect and deliver the mail every day they carry the load in the night by train to Chennai and by bus to Hyderabad these are long distance means more than 6 hours journey the mail should reach next day early morning. The Tirupathi and Chilamkur nearest places so the boys start early morning, Some times when any boy is absent I use to carry to mail and delivering the mail to the respective point of the destination.

That sounds like a very good business model. As long as you have hired good employees, you will get the job done, and you will keep your regular customers.

I have stopped doing courier business long back itself due to lack of good employees. At present I am not doing any business
