Pawnee Bill's is located in Pawnee, Oklahoma and is a treat to see. There is a museum, mansion, blacksmith shop and log cabin. You can also ride through the bison pasture area and get a good look at the bison that are on the ranch along with the longhorns. This was once the headquarters for the world renowned Gordon W. "Pawnee Bill" Lillie. I have been here twice and enjoyed both my visits.

@Marcyaz Yes, we drove through the pasture. We found the museum because when I planned our trips I always wrote to the tourist offices of the major cities we visited and they always sent plenty of flyers.

wish i could go there, I had always been fascinated with Indians, Cowboys and the wild west when i was a kid,, no bisons or longhorns from where i am, only carabaos (water buffalo) and tamaraws (Mindoro dwarf buffalo). I love going to museums and shrines, i visit here whenever i have a chance.

It is a lot of fun and there is a lot to see. Just outside of the town of Pawnee is the Pawnee Reservation and they are wonderful people. I have gone to their Pow Wows and broke bread with them. @zebra2222
