I am allergic to you!

Allergies a plenty around here. Have had a sinus type headache off and on for two days. I think that is what that headache was the other day (where I had dark chocolate?). My nasal passage is congested and around my eyes, I can feel the pressure. I won't buy allergy medicine. I will just get some tea and drink it, and then eat something spicy for lunch tonight. It will help somewhat. I prefer the most natural method if I can. Allergy medicine is expensive for me anyway. I hardly take it, so most of the box ends up sitting there until it's expired. What do you do for allergies?

I try to get better the natural method as well. I know if I buy medicine, I won't end up using it all and then it'd expire and it gets costly! Usually, I drink green tea and rest then I would feel much better. I hope you get better!

Oh Green Tea! I should have thought of that. Green Tea is supposed to be high with antioxidants! I usually go for peppermint or ginger tea, with locally sourced honey. Thank You.

Mine are not as bad as others. The worst I've had is itchy eyes and some sinus pressure.

The sore throat would be something I'd hate to have to deal with. I'm a big baby when I get a sore throat!

I get indoor allergies. Mostly to animals. Sometimes to my dog. But in that case I don't take anything because I need to work up an immunity to my animals and other animals. If you take meds then your body will never get used to the animal, and you will always be relying on the meds. So I usually just suffer until I'm used to the animal. It's best in the long run but sucks during

Luckily I am not allergic to any domestic animals. My father was allergic to cats and because of it we didn't have many cats growing up. It is better to build up a tolerance, you are right. In fact, when it comes to the medicines themselves, you can build up a tolerance to them and then have to go for higher doses or different medicines. I am not actually certain if this applies to allergy medicines but I do know it applies to main stream pain killers.

I drink lots of water. water seems to work good for getting rid of things in your body.
