Of course, all months have that…

This morning before we went to church, I opened my Face Book account and checked on messenger if I have new messages. I had one. A colleague, a very beautiful colleague, but who lacks the sixth sense (common sense) posted that this February, there will be 4 Sundays, 4 Mondays, 4 Tuesdays, 4 Wednesdays, 4 Thursdays, 4 Fridays, and 4 Saturdays, and this comes once every 823 years.
“I have to send the message to 11 people including the sender so we will have loads of good luck this year”. I laughed when I read this. I did not send it back to FT, my colleague, but I commented back that “all months have those numbers of weekdays and weekends”. This February, one weekday will have 5 because it is leap year.
I hope next time she sends me those “good luck” text messages, she should read it 10 times because I will surely call her bluff again. Nice one, FT.
Have you received these kinds of messages on Face Book?

indeed. Just like another person who showed me the big calendar that the number below 1 is always 8 in a particular month, and I had to tell him that the numbers under 1 are 8, 15, 22, and 29, in all months.

@LadyDuck I talked to FT yesterday when we went to school; she laughed out so loud and said, "I did not know that, Ma'am!"

I usually don't send when I was asked to send to n people. I think I just did it once before. I just ignore if someone sends me those.

but sometimes it makes the interaction with somebody more lively when we share some jokes, right?

@ridingbet yes, but I think some are also annoyed receiving those messages like chain letters.

@ridingbet bad luck? Whoa! These people should really be 'unfollowed'. I wonder when the dislike button will be added on fb. Lol

First I don't believe and tolerate those chain messages and " good luck comes back to you" things that is very common at FB, I always unfollow friends who send me such kind of message, I also could not tolerate friends without common sense and have already unfollowed a lot of them. lol

some send me prayers but as chain messages. Sometimes, I keep them on my wall and pray, but I don't share it when it says, send including 'me'. that will go around in circles.

I like quotes from workingwomandotcom, because they are good thoughts to share with, but I seldom share these quotes to my friends on FB. I wonder why there are some who push quotes with religious affirmations, and say "good luck will follow, just like the page". I read a post on FB about checking your day of birth, and "you must like and share it or else bad luck will come to you". Weird

I send messages that are pertinent, but these ones that can elicit laughter, I just read and throw them off.

Yes, I used to receive this kind of messages when I was younger. Perhaps most of my friends are getting old, and they do not forward these messages anymore. I do see some of these posts on my friend's wall, but I usually ignore them.
I believe I will have loads of good luck all the time.

indeed. if this is sent through text messages, then our load will be deducted at P1 each messages sent, and the telecommunications services benefit from us.

there are some friends on FB who just repost messages on others' walls without thinking the messages are just for fun. She is always serious about this especially when money matters.

we have to use our common sense to know if it is real or not.
