If there is one thing 2015 has taught me is not to expect anything from people. Life is much easier and happier when you never expect people to do this or give you this and that. People can really be disappointing. This way you never get mad at someone because they never met your expectations and if someone does something to you it becomes an added advantage

I expect a lot from life within the posibilities I have. I will not ask my knees to stop aching (though who knows?) but I except to live a full life every day.
