There's an elf in the cupboard.
He's a wee little lad.
He looks a bit lonely.
He seems a bit sad.
I told the elf to go out
And get some clean, fresh air.
He hesitantly took a step.
His feet were dirty and bare.
I gave the elf some baby socks.
He smiled and shook my hand.
He then bowed to me and announced,
"I'm leaving for Elvestand."
Off he went in a gleeful dance.
He was gone in a country flash.
I don't where Elvestand is located,
But he left me a ton of cash.

Now aren't you the lucky one to have an elf leave you money!!! Here I thought it was only Leprechauns that had pots of gold
