Bad Back Blues (A Poem)

Bad back blues, Aching forever more. Barely go from here to there, Feeling very sore. Bad back blues, Lower back's in pain. Every little ping Is driving me insane. Bad back blues, Oh please go away. Can't stand the discomfort Day after day. Fortunately, I do not suffer from bad back blues. However, like a lot of adults, back pain occurs from time to time.

Back pain is an issue for many elderly people. Just need to find ways to make them comfortable and ease the pain.
