Jackelyn (Mandel) Schultz is having trouble uploading her vlog today. She says it will be late but added that it will be well worth the wait... there is a special guest skype call!! Very funny. She was supposed to do two skypes yesterday but as far as I can tell she only did the one. This is her referencing her skype call with me???? Oh Lord! Please let her have taken the part about vomiting out of our chat. I doubt she will. That was part of the conversation with her father, Howie Mandel. I have a feeling she won't edit anything out. It wasn't that long of a call... at least it felt short but was probably longer than it seemed. I am so afraid. So very afraid. I'm afraid to watch it... and will have to wait because I have to go to a visitation at the funeral home. So.... later! Nope, hubby's saying another half hour before we leave. I'll see if she got the vlog up. Lord help me!

Well that went right over my head. I have no idea who she is. Would be great if you could give a bit more background on stuff like this.

I did in previous posts. Jackelyn Schultz is the daughter of Howie Mandel. She has a vlog called "Life with Jackie" where you kind of get to follow her around every day with snippits being put into a vlog of about 20 minutes long. She has a 15 month old daughter who is such a joy to watch, is 5 months pregnant, and she visits her parents A LOT so we get to see a lot of Howie Mandel. And if you don't know who he is, the comedian is originally from Toronto (where I was born and raised) and is a judge on America's Got Talent. He used to have a talk show, did a game show called "Deal or No Deal", does a prank show, did a Flashmob show. He's pretty much everywhere. And he is a proud Canadian, though lives in L.A.

@patgalca OK, thanks for that. I fear I'll forget pretty quickly. Doesn't sound like my kind of programme but I can understand the need to find national heroes.
