Plans for My First Video

I have been thinking about what kind of thing I would be doing on my YouTube channel and I am stumped at what to do for videos especially my first video. I know I want probably like a vlog type thing going where I can try new things and share the silly things my son is often doing. I don't know how to start it off though.
