Well it's now a lunch time here and I have cooked my meal it's beef chilli and homemade flat bread in lunch. I have put some bell peppers, green onions and white onions with beef to make it more nutritious and yummy.

The commonest way of eating beef chilli here is the Mexican recipe of Chilli Con Carne (= 'Chilli with meat') which is minced/ground beef cooked with chilli, tomato, onion and red kidney beans and served either with rice or with Mexican flat bread (quite similar to dosa or paratha) or tortillas. I like chilli but others in the house don't like it too much, so I don't cook Chilli Con Carne as much as I would like.

Yeah I've had beef chilli once but not recently. I ate it on a hotel, and it was really yummy. We never cooked it in home. It sounds so delicious from reading this. I'm sure you are a good cook.
