Beef chilli for lunch. Have you ever tried beef chilli?

The commonest way of eating beef chilli here is the Mexican recipe of Chilli Con Carne (= 'Chilli with meat') which is minced/ground beef cooked with chilli, tomato, onion and red kidney beans and served either with rice or with Mexican flat bread (quite similar to dosa or paratha) or tortillas.
I like chilli but others in the house don't like it too much, so I don't cook Chilli Con Carne as much as I would like.
