One of my poems is now part of an anthology. I guess I could have hopped a Greyhound bus and ridden over the mountains and been part of the reading that celebrated its debut. I didn't.
This morning I peeked in at Facebook and found that a lady wanted to befriend me there. I thought about it and realized: that lady is a big sneeze over in that town that published the anthology. A connection. She must have read my poem or somebody said something.
I hit the Friends button.
