I didn't go to work today because of the weather. I'm watching the local news coverage of the snow storm, and I keep hearing the same phrases over and over. So it's time for a "drinking game." (You don't have to use alcohol for this, y'know.) 1 Drink: -- When they say "let's go to our meteorologist for an update" (2 drinks if they say it in less than five-minute intervals) -- When they say "conditions are deteriorating" -- When they say "let's go to a reporter outside" (2 drinks if they say it in less than five-minute intervals) -- When they say "let's go to our reporter driving around" (2 drinks if they say it in less than five-minute intervals) 2 DRINKS: -- When they start touting their accuracy (e.g., "we told you this would start about 4 AM") -- When the reporters out driving in the snow tell you to "stay off the roads" Have fun, and enjoy the frequent trips to the bathroom this afternoon!

This sort of thinking could save up mentally during the actual apocalypse. Just drink when this or that happens and as long as the sauce lasts we are in heaven.

Glad I'm not watching the news that's too much liquid for me!

Great game. I wonder if work would close if we got 60 cm of snow in one dump. That is a lot!
