Bitcoin faucets reduced its stake

Hi Mylot Friends,
Since two days I am finding that the Bitcoin faucets like Moonbitcoin, Zebrabitcoin and Bitcoinker reduced the stake of give away of Satoshi/Bitcoins drastically. I do not know the reason, once before also they have reduced the give away because it is due to increase in Bitcoin price, yesterday I have checked the rate of bitcoin is it may be crossed $600.00 US dollars but it is not right now the Bitcoin price is below $400.00 US dollars, so what is the reason to reduce the stake of Satoshis, I do not know about all other Bitcoin faucets they are also reduced the stake or not? kindly share your experience please

The reason of the fall of the bitcoin is an article. I give you the link. Any bitcoin owner lost 20%. If you had lost this, maybe you would be less generous to give some away
