Delicious? Or just plain gross?

I had Clinical Group Supervision this morning, and I have a client later this afternoon. At lunch time, I stared with glazed eyes unto my fridge. Left over 1/3 burrito. Some Brie cheese starting to look tired. A half-consumed avocado in my hand. Light bulb! I stood the 2/3 eaten burrito on its end, plopped a few gooey slices of Brie on top, and finished it off with a slice of avocado. I just ate it. Is your mouth watering (or is your mother looking over your shoulder and getting very excited about my creation)? Or are you grossed out? The picture is of my creation just before I put it in the oven at 350 for a few minutes.

I don't think my 'mother is watering' since she has been gone about twenty years now. But my mouth was watering since I haven't had my dinner yet. Pork roast and potatoes.

That sounds pretty good too. Not your mother watering--I mean roast pork and potatoes.

That doesn't sound so bad. I could eat that except I have never had Brie I don't think.

Brie is really good! I'm not sure to describe it. It's a creamy cheese with a light and distinctive flavor, and just a touch of edge.

@TheHorse That sounds like something I would like. Might have to try it sometime. Tonight I am going to have some Havarti cheese. Love it melted.

@SIMPLYD Sometimes I want a crunchy taco. Other times I want a soft burrito. Similar stuff inside.

Same basic materials, but rolled into a large soft taco shell, called a tortilla.

As @celticeagle has pointed out - no my 'mother isn't watering', and neither is my mouth. Not for me.

Oh, give it a try! If my mother were alive, I'd water her, along with my plants.

@Drosophila Maybe I'll make gross but delicious a regular feature. Nah, I'll stick to my nature shots. It's getting pretty in the hills.

I don't think I have eaten brie cheese before. Maybe I can try that too. I eat anything. I do a lot of experiments with food. But I love the avocado with condensed milk.

I've never tried avocado with condensed milk. Do you just pour the condensed milk over the avocado?

@TheHorse yes, I usually do that. I cut the avocado into two then remove the seed then pour the condensed milk.

I'm glad she does! I like being creative. But I'm a bit lazy in the kitchen. Right now I'm lunching on Trader Joe's Kun Pao Chicken. All I added was a couple of garlic cloves and some instant rice. It's pretty good, though!

It doesn't look too appealing, but I do make lunch improvises that don't look great ~ just gets through my day though! Speaking of left over brie, I have some that I need to eat today with some bread.

Mo, my mouth is not watering, but it's because I do not like Brie and not so much burrito. I like the avocado, with a simple lemon and oil sauce is delicious.

@TheHorse Oh, then you didn't wrap them well enough to keep them from looking gross the next day. Air tight is important. Thank goodness you didn't eat something dangerous.

Hi - I'm just back after Christmas! It sounds rather yummy to me, but then I have a passion for avocados and consider Brie to be best taken tired!

It worked out well. Left enough room in my tummy for some spring rolls when I took my kid client out to lunch.
