Delicious? Or just plain gross?

I had Clinical Group Supervision this morning, and I have a client later this afternoon. At lunch time, I stared with glazed eyes unto my fridge. Left over 1/3 burrito. Some Brie cheese starting to look tired. A half-consumed avocado in my hand.
Light bulb! I stood the 2/3 eaten burrito on its end, plopped a few gooey slices of Brie on top, and finished it off with a slice of avocado. I just ate it. Is your mouth watering (or is your mother looking over your shoulder and getting very excited about my creation)? Or are you grossed out? The picture is of my creation just before I put it in the oven at 350 for a few minutes.

I don't think my 'mother is watering' since she has been gone about twenty years now. But my mouth was watering since I haven't had my dinner yet. Pork roast and potatoes.

That doesn't sound so bad. I could eat that except I have never had Brie I don't think.

@TheHorse That sounds like something I would like. Might have to try it sometime. Tonight I am going to have some Havarti cheese. Love it melted.

As @celticeagle has pointed out - no my 'mother isn't watering'
, and neither is my mouth. Not for me.

@Drosophila Maybe I'll make gross but delicious a regular feature. Nah, I'll stick to my nature shots. It's getting pretty in the hills.

I don't think I have eaten brie cheese before. Maybe I can try that too. I eat anything. I do a lot of experiments with food. But I love the avocado with condensed milk.

@brokenbee Into the center of the half-avocado?

@TheHorse yes, I usually do that. I cut the avocado into two then remove the seed then pour the condensed milk.

It doesn't look too appealing, but I do make lunch improvises that don't look great ~ just gets through my day though! Speaking of left over brie, I have some that I need to eat today with some bread.

@infatuatedbby LOL! I attached to my comment to @Platespinner. Maybe not quite as nice as Japanese food in its presentation, but it tasted really good.

OMG You ate that? Are you feeling okay? It looks pretty scary to me. It must be long past its "best by" date.

@TheHorse Oh, then you didn't wrap them well enough to keep them from looking gross the next day. Air tight is important. Thank goodness you didn't eat something dangerous.

A little discoloration on an avocado won't stop me. Sounds like a tasty lunch.

My husband and I love Mexican food and avocado, so I think that would have been a perfect meal for me, too!
