There are some companies that they don’t practice transparency to their employees. This kind of issue was been an old system of being abusive to its authority. Basically, they are manipulating the employees by its unlimited power while working in the company. It shows the injustice politics that you usually happened within the working environment. For some, people work with no choice to survive. They tend blind themselves what’s happening in their workplace. It is evident the promotion of incompetent personnel because of connections with the people in the higher ups. Regardless, transparency is not attainable with just one snap of a finger. The manner of not having the equality, it makes some of the employees to turn back to the company they work in. Eventually, they look for a company that can show transparency and not feel left out. In the Philippines, the president laid his platform to terminate the illegal practices in the government agencies. That’s a great deal of having reformation in the removal of old practices in the government per se. In contrast to the private companies, the scope of power cannot penetrate by him. The companies tend to be abusive in treating the innocent employees. The said transparency is not that evident due to personal gains and selfish acts. In my opinion, it takes a lot of years to realize the reformation of certain institutions in my country, either private or public sectors.

I agree with you, the companies should have transparency. At least the employees should be aware of what they are doing there to avoid problems due to ignorance. The companies are really exploiting the financial conditions of the employees by not revealing what they do really. So I think it's better to have transparency.

@aju007 I think some companies are forgetting the importance being decent in the public but the real fact, it is not. I had seen so many private sectors for get to be humane to their loyal employees. As they always say, "Business is business". It is not always the case.
