Peppermint Oil Really Does Help

I have been taking Peppermint Oil capsules (high strength) for nearly 5 months now and so far it is really working for me. I use it for my Irritable Bowel Syndrome and bloating and to aid digestion. Before taking it I used to get bad stomach cramps and have to rush to the bathroom a few times in the morning. I noticed the change after just a few weeks of taking the peppermint oil capsules which is a natural remedy for such symptoms. They are not expensive either as I can get a container of 100 capsules for £3.00 ($5). Have you had peppermint oil before and have you also found it to be beneficial?

I don't use the capsule, but I have the oil which is good to freshen breath, wake me up when I am tired (like on the long drive to school) it opens my sinuses, and I make a wonderful toothpaste with it. So yep, I love my peppermint oil.

I have never taken peppermint capsules. I love using peppermint spray around the house and my sons study table. It brings back energy and relieves tiredness.

I am home from work today because of the spasms. I was in remission for almost a year and extreme stress last week brought me out. I've been trying so many things but haven't tried the peppermint oil or tea. I will try it today.

Are your problems the only thing peppermint oil is good for or are there other health problems it's good for as well?

This is really good information, I'll try peppermint oil in future when I feel constipated.

It does help with digestive issues but if you are constipated try having more fiber or rasins/figs :D
