She is 5!!

Today my baby girl turned 5 years old at 3:03am. It cant believe it's been five years since the day I gave birth to her. It's a big deal for us because she was born early like 6 weeks early and some babies have a hard time being born 6 weeks early and others not so much. I was so glad that when she was born she could breath on her own. My husband was really worried and we have a huge group of nurses ready to take care of her and leave with her. I didn't know it at the time. I was still very young and not thinking this could be dangerous and I might not see her for a while. She came out screaming and was very healthy for being small and tiny. She weighted only 4lbs 7oz. She passed all of her test and could go home with us in 48 hours. She is still small but smart, a great big sister. I'm glad to day we get to celebrate 5 years of her life. We made cookies, helped mommy work, had dinner out ( birthday girls choice), then had ice cream with candles in it at my parents house. She had a good day and the party is this weekend. I told her well this year you didn't get a baby brother for your birthday like last year. a joke because your baby brother was born 6 days before her birthday.
