today's glitch in the matrix

Busy, busy, busy!
Getting off the bus at eight this morning, and walking through town, I was flummoxed to note the amount of folk around me. There they went, walking fast, walking slow, laughing, chatting, supping coffee, waiting for buses, using cash machines ... they were everywhere. Maybe I'm usually in a world of my own and don't notice, as I daydream about inconsequential things.
I suppose what really struck me as odd was that I kept seeing the same young man. Every corner I turned, each escalator I travelled on and each shop window I passed, he was there. Same clothes, same hair, same shoes, same ear accessories ... He even got on the bus with me.
No, I'm not growing increasingly insane and paranoid. It just seems that all young men look the same. I'm not sure if this is because I'm getting old, or if it's because young people these days have no individual style. Perhaps the ones with individual style were still in bed.
The Matrix also made a mistake with the homeless man. His sleeping bag and other bits were in the shop doorway, but he was missing. I hope they put him there soon otherwise people will start to worry.

@jstory07 Ah, Colorado. So 2015. ;) But yes, sometimes I want to yank their trousers up so I don't have to see their comic hero/designer boxers.

The only way to be an individual these days is to look the same!

If I was, he was completely rubbish; he forgot to get off at the same stop as me!
