Last week I wrote about Sharon going to Des Moines, Iowa for a dog show and the next morning when she went to start her Expedition it would not start.
She had to have it towed to a garage to have a new started installed. That was not the end of the story.
She had to take a cab to the garage which cost her $45 wow have prices for cabs ever gone up.
Anyway that evening when she turned the blanket down in the bed she noticed a little bump like the sheet wasn't tucked in properly so she took her hand and went to smooth out the sheet when she felt it was not the sheet so she put her hand underneather the sheet and out came a crack pipe.
Well she immediately called the office and asked to speak to the manager, the lady at the front desk told Sharon she would have to call the manager at his home.
The front desk lady called back and told Sharon the manager would talk to her tomorrow at 9am, well Sharon told the lady no way I am not staying here I am leaving right now and she did.
She drove through heavy fog and rain at night to get home.
The next day she called the Iowa Health Department, the Corporate Headquarters of the Motel group and then posted it on her Facebook page for all her dog show buddies to see and has also called to have that particualar motel taken off their list of places to stay.
So far she hasn't heard back from anyone oh and she did take a picture of that crack pipe. This is not the actual picture of the pipe as it was to grainy.

Yes I recall you telling me that Marcy.
I hope she gets some results.
It is not a good experience at all.

@TiarasOceanView No it is not a good experience and she would never want it repeated to someone else.

@Marcyaz I am wondering if it may be someone that works there even.

oh ew. I wouldn't have felt comfortable staying there either to be honest. I don't know if I would have actually left but I do know I would have felt weird about finding something like that in my bed.
