Have you heard of this Chick-Fil-A diet? The chicken chain has printed a lifestyle tip on the side of their take-out bags recommending that customers add "one healthy habit to (their) routine(s)." That healthy habit just happens to include eating their food. There's a Chick-Fil-A diet where you eat Chick-Fil-A nuggets every 3 hours. Some say the nuggets will cost you about $3.85 per serving, and if you're eating them on an average of every 3 hours in a typical day, you would end up spending around $700 a month. It is said , the nuggets are relatively healthy with 140 calories and 3 grams of fat per serving.

I believe that can be considered misinformation. The nuggets are fried so they cannot be so "healthy" after all.

@LadyDuck All I am giving is the information on this from what they say, I don't like nuggets and never eat them.

I think it was specifically referring to their grilled nuggets, but I could be mistaken. I just saw it in passing on Facebook the other day.

@yukimori Thank you, not living in the United States I am not familiar with what they offer. Anyway I do not believe that eating chicken every 3 hours is a good idea.

Never knew that, but don't know if that's healthy either, lol! They just want to sell their food product. I must say Chick Fil A is tasty once in a while though!

@infatuatedbby I think that is what all the fast food places want is to gain more customers.

@Marcyaz I think it depends on preference. But ultimately each fast food place is bad in their own way.

I could feed a whole family in a healthy way cooking myself for that amount of money. Nuggests are very easy to cook and there are probably lots of recipes in the web.

We don't have Chick-Fil-A here but I only know about it because my best friend lives in Texas and he goes there often. As for what they are doing, I did know about this too because I saw it on some American Facebook page. I don't know much about their food so I can't really judge it myself.

@VivaLaDani I am really not into Chick-Fil-A myself and I don't think they are really that healty, I would never try their diet either even if I needed to go on a diet.

@VivaLaDani13 Seems like a silly idea to me to try to diet through a fast food restaurant.

@Marcyaz I would like to try it at least once to experience it but I would never use any fast food restaurant to go on a diet either.

I never heard of a Chick-Fil-A diet nor have I ever eaten there. How many nuggets are in that serving?

We don't have that chain here so I won't be following their diet but I don't think nuggets are overly healthy. Yes, they are made of chicken but surely a chicken fillet or a roasted chicken thigh piece is healthier? That's also a crazy amount to spend on nuggets!

I would never eat there or that. A well balanced diet and exercise are what works best. I am sure their nuggets are deep fried. That in itself is not good.

@DianneN No being deep fried would not to me be a balanced diet.

How is that healthy and feasible. It sure would make them wealthy if their customers took their advice, but it would result in some very unhealthy people.

I used to eat at Chick Filet years ago ... I don't remember why I stopped. I don't want to spend that much money on Fast Food. :)

I love Chick-Fil-a. It is my favorite fast food place. I don't even consider it a fast food place because of how nicely run they are. I have never been to one that was dirty or had bad service or food. I love their waffle fries and lemonade as well. I am not that big of a fan of their nuggets though. I also don't mind paying a little bit more since the place is clean, the people are nice, and the food is very good quality.
