Is It National Slow Driver Day

When I took my son to school earlier I was behind this driver that was driving five miles under the speed limit.
At the first opportunity I went around him and got in the line in front of him, and after catching up to them, again found my speedometer down 5 miles an hour. This went on until I was almost at the college.
I seemed to encounter only slow drivers until I was on the open road on my way to the Vet office. I was about to change lanes as one was ending when I saw a driver coming up fast in that lane. She buzzed past me as though I was standing still, and I can tell you I was not under the speed limit at that point so she was really hauling.
However, as I got back to the city, I encountered more slow drivers. So I was just wondering if it was National Slow Driver Day. This lead foot wants to know

@valmnz Maybe I used the wrong emoticon. There have been many times when I've formulated things in my mind too while driving, but somehow I also kept my mind on my driving. I had to, I was driving in a large city - not here. But still I found my mind wandering to other things.

@JudyEv I do on occasion, taking Pip to the vet on her last day. I wasn't driving fast that day. Last night I was driving according to conditions - it was snowing and roads were icy - a cop zoomed past me
So I have my moments, just not that many.

Either that or they were looking for something in particular, though the driver I followed never did make a turn before I finally got around him/her.

I have found I get there at the same time as those who zoom until they get stuck behind another slow person! lol

Were you driving behind me? I am a slow driver ... I always have been. I have only had one speeding ticket in my life and that was for going 41 in a 35 mph area ... which had been a 45 mph street the week before. Even in my 30s, people used to tell me I drove like an "old woman."

Too funny.
Unless you were in Green Bay at the time, it's doubtful
