Plans for Husband's 60th Birthday

Today is my husband’s 60th birthday. We have a party planned for tomorrow with some friends, but today it’s just the two of us. He’ll get a call from his mother. I bought him a sweater and shirt set. It’s been relatively cold recently and he gets cold easily. I hope he likes them and I hope they fit. But I saved the receipt just in case. His birthday dinner when he was growing up was spaghetti and meatballs, so I’ll take him out for that unless he wants something else. We’ll make it a quiet special day just for us, then we’ll have the big party tomorrow.

My husband turned 60 last month. Wow never thought I would be married to a 60 year old. Might have to kick him to the curb lol.

@msiduri Yea I will be 60 in 2 1/2 years but I would consider taking him back then lol. I'm just joking my hubby is a great guy.

Happy Birthday to your hubby. I used to request spaghetti and meatballs for my birthday dinner when my Mom would make us what we wanted. You just gave me that sweet memory..thank you.

No. He's said in the past he doesn't like surprised parties so I decided not to do that. He picked the restaurant.
