Unsupported plug-in

So, I signed up for Myams and trying to get started is a bit awkward. New writers have to complete an unspecified number of test orders before assessing the complete Bulletin Board list of articles available. These articles are not always available, but my concern is I keep getting a "this plug-in is not supported" message. I have no clue what that means. Very concerned that this plug-in issue is blocking me from seeing orders.

Thanks. I think it's a browser issue, but the company is having system issues also.

It means that you are not using the right version of the browser for this plug-in. If you have not updated your browser since a long time, do it and see if it works. Sometimes you need also to downgrade, so the better you should do would be to ask help to this site.

Thanks so much for responding. Yes, I did email the support team, but it's the weekend so I mylotted it for quicker response. And I had a feeling it was browser related, so many issues are.
