If you like a challenge when it comes to creating things at Neopets, there are a number of quests that you can do that don't involve the faeries. If you try one of these and the items are too expensive you can back out of it without there being a penalty. You can use the Shop Wizard too, that's something you can't do with a faerie quest. Recipe: Pesto Potatoes with Lime Mash Ingredients: White Chocolate Uni Worm Infested Cheese Heart Shaped Fruit Cake Reward: "I have successfully made Pesto Potatoes with Lime Mash! It looks like the king is going to be in for a treat... and its all thanks to you. The Chef waves his hands, and you may collect your prize..._Pyretta_Blaze_ has gained a hit point!!!" Thankfully I had all three items in my Safety Deposit Box; none of the items were more than 5,000 on the Shop Wizard. Some of the quests can be wildly explenaive and the reward doesn't come close to what you spent on the items.
