Good morning, bright and sunny. today is my oldest daughter birthday.Toni Marie Rossi Is your Parmesan cheese is fake or real. Most of you heard about the cheating that company been doing. Wood pulp, lots of fat, moisture etc. Are you getting what you want? Next time when you buy this.Check out the ingredients what in it. Wal mart and Great Value has a lot of moisture in it. I have never given this a thought.I normally buy bulk cheese from Italy. Not will have to check out what we are paying for.

That is one reason I check the labels on everything that I buy plus the calories.

It is hard for them to cheat us in food. We will always know. Sometimes quality costs more, and in the end, we do save because we get better products and better food.

We just read about this too. part of your grated cheese - the cheap stuff could be wood??? My husband is a purist when it comes to food. our Romano that we use comes into the Italian deli as a chunk and it get ground in front of our eyes. Kraft has a reputation so I think there's would be good, but nothing else, label or not.
