Ipsos Isay paid survey site?

Yet another discussion that will hopefully help me gain some insight. I have noticed a lot of surveys I do through other survey sites originate from this Ipsos Isay survey website - in fact, quite a few of the couple of "product testing" type surveys I have been invited to originated at Ipsos Isay. I have never had any experience, whatsoever, with this website. I perused the page, and I have a few questions left un-answered. One - do they only pay out via gift cards? (Is there any option for Paypal? That is my favorite). Two - have you ever gotten paid from this site/ Three - do you also get paid product testing surveys on occasion? (These are my favorites). All insight welcome! Please share! Thanks in advance.
