My FitBit Charge HR stopped syncing with the FitBit app on my iPhone on January 20. It took me a few days to notice this and then a few more days to get annoyed about it. I finally searched the FitBit site for information about what to do and tried the fix that I found in the help forums. It didn't work.
I then contacted customer support via email for assistance. They got back to me in about a week with another way to try to fix it and it worked!. . . but what I eventually realized was that my device was constantly syncing and the battery was draining every single day because it was going going going all day every day.
I contacted FitBit's customer support again and let them know what was going on and that I was running out of patience with the whole thing. They asked when and where I bought my device and got back to me shortly thereafter for my mailing information because they were going to send me a replacement.
I have to give FitBit props for having a great customer support department. They didn't hassle me or make me jump through 100 hoops. They recognized that the syncing thing is a major issue with their HR Charge trackers and replaced mine when several troubleshooting attempts failed. That is stellar customer service and makes me feel good about owning a FitBit and giving them my money.
Do you own a FitBit?
Have you been thinking about buying one?
Do you own another type of fitness tracker?

I don't have anything like this and don't even have a mobile phone. It's great to get good customer service though.

They really do have great customer service. I've had fitbit for over two years and had to have my flex replaced (free) twice. A little while back I bought a Charge (didn't do the heartrate) and I'm loving it too.
I love being able to track my steps and now I can track stairs as well and I'm really glad that I have the watch on this one.
