My FitBit Charge HR was a mess and first wouldn't sync at all and then wouldn't stop syncing. I did everything FitBit's customer support told me to do and eventually they told me they would just send me a replacement. I am happy to report that it showed up on my doorstep just 6 days after the day that their customer service representative emailed me to tell me that they would send me a new one.
I had to charge the battery as it was completely dead. I also had to remove my original device from my FitBit app and add the new one, but other than that everything else has been exactly the same as it was before. I didn't have to do anything else. It wasn't like getting a new cell phone or anything like that.
I'm very happy to get my new Charge HR because, as we all know, those steps and flights of stairs I've been doing for the past 6 days haven't counted for anything! hahahaha

It's good that you've had no trouble fitting the new device. They seem to be very popular. And I'm sure all that exercise will be worth it even if it's not showing up!

oh I know it was. I was just joking. It is a mindset you get into once you have a FitBit. If you forget to wear it and then go to the gym you're like "well, what was the point of that workout if I don't get credit for all of those steps?" haha

I am on my third Charge (not the HR version). I had to send two back already but the latest seems to be fine.
