Hesitant to Start Again

I posted a discussion earlier explaining what caused my sister to swear she'd never talk to me again. I had brought that up in my last discussion, and knew some of you would get a laugh (because it's silly). However, when I submitted the discussion, it tried and tried and tried. Then it quit, and nothing I did fixed it. I'm hesitant to start again because it took so long. So I'm trying this smaller discussion post before I do a longer one. Anyone have that experience? If you're reading this I guess it means my prior problem was an anomaly.

I do remember having similar issues in the old days here, but these days I always write a discussion in Microsoft Word then copy and paste it into Mylot.
My reason for this is that it is easier to proof read that way prior to submitting it, but it does help if the submission fails.

@Asylum I remember problems with MyLot having issues like that too and thanks for the reminder, I remember how other members would write their post in Word or some other software so their time in writing the post won't be wasted if a glitch happens again.

@Juliaacv It's actually pretty close to what mylot used to look like before they quit paying. Which I like a lot better. But some of the things they've changed like how we get notifications and everything, is better than when I first joined.

I havent had issues in here. I did a little awhile ago actually, but it had to do with my puter, not the site.

I had a lot of problems with this site when using firefox and have since switched to chrome. I don't have as many problems with chrome. However, on occasion I have to go back edit as my fingers type faster than the site has time to catch up.
I know this has more to do with my own computer than the site itself though.

It was probably a glitch, because I have made long posts and didn't have any problems.
