If you were following my other discussion, we had tornadoes in this area. Some people were killed about an hour from here. Thankfully I made it home and the power was on. I did have a tornado here one time and it was no fun! I had a tree fall on the house and had to have my roof replaced.

yeah, We've got some storms coming our way too. Should be arriving by tonight, on into tomorrow. We're suppose to get some snow here pretty soon. Not much that will amount to anything. But, it's still cold, and snow. LOL I'm sick of this bad weather. :( Wish that it'd go away. :(

well, I think we will not get any snow but it is going to get cold. In Richmond VA today though, it was 71.

@snowy22315 Yes, I am in Kansas. Hehe. But the town I live hasn't had a tornado in at least 50 years that I know of. If not longer. I don't have any history of any further back.

I am glad that you are safe Snowy.
We had winds, rain and thunder. I posted about the clap of thunder that woke me up. I'm not sure about tornadoes here though as I can usually sleep through them. My family would only wake me up if they felt we needed to seek shelter.

Thanks escaped. I heard there was a tornado in this immediate area...which I am not sure really happened...but anyway...everything is fine! except for some flooded roads.

@snowy22315 I think flooded roads happen every time it rains heavily. We've not had many in our area but we are in the flattest area of NC.

We had a tornado watch here, but it was expired. We had rain and wind. We also had power.
