Work out Done! only Late

After two days of rest from my cold, I've decided to exercise again. Although I've tried walking the other day, didn't sweat much compare my cycling today.
The only reason I stopped was my dog's barking and realized some one was looking to one of our tenants
. Well, they tend to use our address since it's the location of their business.
When I was planning to go back I realized I've already done it for thirty minutes, which is my daily goal. I've said this before, it's a lot better than jogging, where I feel the pain later
in my joints.
The plan was doing it every morning, but I started to hate the cold morning, keeps me from sweating faster. So, I've been doing this after 6am instead to satisfy my exercise.
My biological clock change a bit too since that last weeks party, I've slept late again, probably since i got back to this site. Also lost focus on my diet, I've ate a bit more again, didn't eat veggies and broke my "no meal" after six. It's frustrating but I think of going back for bit more veggies this march.

Have you heard about Carrot hot dogs? It is actually possible to make carrots taste like hotdogs. All you need is water, vinegar, soy sauce,Onion powder,garlic power and smoked paprika or liquid smoke.
There are recipes on Youtube how to make them. There are many versions but there are ones that are possible to do in the Philippines.

@Letranknight2015 Paprika is sold on the mall. Liquid smoke is not available here but Paprika is, this version is also atainable in the Phillippines, Just replace the vinegar she used with our local vinegar.:

I don't know @CaptAlbertWhisker that's just way too many ingredients and i don't know if paprika or liquid smoke sells in the mall. I think i'm going to stick to salad, and not to many.

well, I'm okay now so i think i can exercise again regularly @SIMPLYD even with just walking didn't help my knee's just hurt a bit more

just be well-dressed when you do your work-out, my friend. If you sweat, change your shirt. I know you have tee shirts that come handy.

Well, I do it in our back yard when there is no one around and another reason why late because mosquito's kept bugging me in the morning. yeah I got tshirts. but usually i dried them using a fan, after an hour or so i would take a bath. @ridingbet then change.

@Letranknight2015 apply that OFF, my friend, so the mosquitoes won't bite you. Don't wear t shirts dried by electric fan, better change into something new, or even those worn-out with holes, at least they are new not with dried sweat.

When we are not feeling well we often have to let our diets go and exercise as well. You can catch it up when you are back to 100%.

I could never walk within just thirty minutes, the place I walk to is just far that it takes 30 minutes to go back
