When employers give good benefits to their employees, usually their is positive outlook of employees or they have high morale whereas, when the employers are not giving them good benefits the employees are in low morale.
Usually, when the employees have low morale, they are tardy, they are not loyal to their employers and the most usual reaction is to render resignation even how hard to find a job nowadays.
I think, this is normal reaction when employees right and privileges were not given. If you were in the shoes of low morale employees, what will you do?

If I were in that situation, I guess I'd just leave. I don't think I'd be appreciated, and even if I voice out, the situation might not be changed, otherwise the employers wouldn't have treat the employees that way in the first place.
I am really glad that I have joined those companies with good employers, and they think employees are the most important assets of the company. I think this is a good strategy to let the employee work harder for the company as well, which is a win-win situation for both sides.

@ida123 However, some people cannot see the real truth in working to low wages. I had some of my friends cannot go because they needed the job, But then, it seems that worth of being in the company was taking advantage of their innate skills and knowledge.

@ida123 yes. If it won't help, I will leave when I can find another job.

To give what is due is the right way to be motivated to stay on a job. Being underpaid would likely lead to your resignation and to look for a just that can sustain your expenses in life. But even if you are justly compensated there are a lot of factors to be considered. The morale of an employee could be affected by the people he/she works with, the environment, or the job itself.

they even tend to do crime if not from their own office, it would be outside the streets. but i consider some of them ungrateful because they have a job and not every one is qualified in their job.
