I went out to peek at my garden and the crocuses are poking through. Apparently they didn't read the weather report because later today we are supposed to get a winter storm with snow and freezing rain. Hopefully they survive winter's last blast.

If the weather forecast is right, after being cold this week, spring appears to arrive next week.

Yesterday, my great grandson brought me five beautiful daffodils when he came to visit. I am so happy to see that Spring is almost here. On the warm days, the Spring flowers are starting to bloom, but the weather report is calling for snow again tomorrow. I want to start planting my flower seeds indoors and then later will transplant them to my pots outdoors.

I have crocuses and hyacinths poking through, we are also supposed to get snow, I hope mine survive as well. I guess those flowers know what they are doing I hope lol.
