How to create a website

Some of the popular free website builders and blogging platforms are blogger, wordpress, weebly, wix, webs etc. You can create a free account and have a subdomain websites on these platforms. You can also have a paid website. First, you register a domain with a domain registrar and then make your website live by pay hosting fees.

If you want to be serious and sell things etc you need to avoid sub domains as they look cheap and unprofessional. Getting your own domain is way better. Most hosting sites have some form of free site builders but they're limited to a few templates.
