Old or New Cartoons

When I was growing up I loved watching cartoons. I'm sure most of you did as well.
One thing I loved about the cartoons was how they were drawn - the ink and paint method. They looked more natural.
Today's cartoons are all computer generated. Can you call them cartoons? But what else would you call them?
I was thinking about that fact this morning as I was waking up. I know something very unimportant to think about, but my question in all this, is what do you prefer - the old or the new?
I like the old. Probably because it's more familiar than the new. I know it took a lot of time for the artists to do one cartoon because of all that was involved in making them, but I still liked them better.
So sound off - What do you like better? Old cartoons with ink and paint or the new computer generated cartoons or kids shows?
Thanks for reading.

Yes, I've always preferred the old. But saying that, the new computer ones have improved so much it's amazing and I do love the new ones now when I didn't care for the early computerized ones at all. Good question!

The new ones are nice, and they are a lot more colorful and even 3D looking, but I still like the old ink and paint.

I like some better than others, and a mix of both, it's not the animation that got me, it's the story lines, some are so pointless!

I like the classic cartoons as you can really tell that it is a drawing. The new ones are already animations. They put the drawings to a computer to make the movements more natural.

I too prefer the old ones. The attraction just isn't the same.

I love them all. The old stuff is great, but the new computer generated is more realistic in movement and expressions.
