Noise Makes Me Crazy!

These days I am having a peculiar problem after I have shifted to a new flat. Any kind of noise makes me crazy; I am a peace lover generally.
But here, a woman in the neighborhood shouts at the top of her voice from morning to night. She tells her girls to wake up; I wonder why don't they wake up even after so much shouting!
At night, she tells them to come back home, that is too at the loudest possible on this earth! Why don't they come back in time, when their mother doesn't like staying out? I wonder!
But, presently my eardrums shiver everyday with the probable frequency of World War III. How painful!

I am so very sorry my friend.
I know how this is soul disturbing to someone quiet like yourself.
I pray that somehow this will cease to be for you..
It is really bad for you to have to listen to this.
Will one day you be able to move to quiet place?

Noise drives me crazy also. So much noise like music and loud TV and shouting.

I like peace and quiet too. However, I assume from the way you have written this you are not a parent at all. Only a parent would understand this. We are loud, in the morning, and in the evening. Because Children often ignore us at these times. They don't want to get up for school so they choose not to get up. Which we get louder and louder until they do.
In the evening, this is same thing only they do not want to go to bed.
Anytime in between its usually because the child has done something over and over until the parent shouts something like I told you a thousand times.
Myself, I am a relatively quiet person unless it comes to my kid, because sometimes shouting is the only way... especially if you've asked nicely over and over and get no where.

Ma'am, I am sorry, but there are other parents too in my locality. They also scold their children or shout at them, it's quite normal! Yes I'm not a parent but my parents also used to shout at me and my li'l bro. But nobody was or is soooooooooo loud that the whole locality shakes!!!!!!!!

Good if they are, because noise have more density than air here!
