Through the years, many sweet things lost because of the modernization in this world. There are some memories that cannot be brushed off. For instance, I’ve been missing Mr. Postman roaming around in my community. In his time and effort, he delivers postcards to the local residents coming from people close to our hearts who had been staying across the country. But then, his popularity fade away because of the changes in this world. The booming of changes lost the sentimental feelings of reading the messages in every postcards received from our loved ones. With these changes, e-card started to its highest peak in replacing the conventional postcards. We can receive the e-card in a fastest way. We can also admit that the feeling of excitement is lost. The thrill of waiting is totally gone.

@skynap Getting connected is easier through e-card. It is the best practical way to be connected to the people.

I'm still on for a post card. Nothing beats something with handwriting on it.

@Shavkat yes, I also do that. But I don't mail it through post office. I send them through express deliveries.

I like having postcards to hang on to, I can put them on a bulletin board, a fridge or whatever. I like saving postcards as keepsakes and you just cant do that with anything you get online unless you were to print it out? Which seems silly. I still send my friends postcards when I travel.

Our postal service has undergone major changes because of the decline in its use.
