Ratatat! Ratatat! The Unstoppable Machine Gun

The tranquility of my place shattered when a woman fired her unstoppable machine gun. I am referring to how she talks in full blast like a microphone installed in her throat. It has been years that I always hear this woman, she’s my neighbor’s friend. She used to visit my neighbor randomly. Her presence makes the world upside down. There are at times that I cannot tolerate the loudness of her voice. In fact, the only thing that uttered in her voice is full of gossips. The decency of disturbing the peace of the community especially on weekends. It is where the people have their time to relax and enjoy the time with the family. When she fired her machine gun, the world is in chaos. If I only have a magic wand, I will make this woman disappear or turn her to a bunny. Do you have any suggestion on how to deal with this kind of individual?

Ear plugs is the only thing I can think of. She sounds like a horror movie. I too cannot stand the disturbance of someone so loud.

@TiarasOceanView I think your psychic ability is getting stronger my friend. Her face cannot be painted by a painter. There is no good angle.

@TiarasOceanView Well, I usually used my headset and listen to music while she's around. I really can't even bear to see her face.

Close your window. Anything else would be rude in her opinion and you really don't want to make enemies.

@just4him I did closing all the windows and even the doors. But still, her voice penetrates the four corners of the house. As if she is really calling our attention to feel more distress in her presence.

@MGjhaud Actually, I am not acquainted with her. Some of my neighbors tried to talk with this woman, but still her sickness persists.

I think the best thing that you can do is to talk to her directly and tell her that what she's been doing is already disturbing. I know it is not in our culture to frankly tell a person of her bad habits since we feel as if we are the ones who are being unrespectful for telling the truth especially when it's an older person involved. Good luck. :D

@Shavkat I can picture her out like the woman we used to see in televisions making gossips about her neighbors. LOL But kidding aside, it's really annoying and I can imagine your burden hearing her voice everytime.

@LdeL0318 You said it right. Her voice is not normal. She is like chirping birds with high pitch sounds.

@LdeL0318 I do think it is a good idea to confront this woman. My patience is running out. It has been years that she's been doing this. The sad thing, this woman is one of the barangay officials but not in my place.

A good excuse to go out for a picnic or to the beach. I think the best way to do it would be to ignore and go on with what you want to do at home. It is also another good excuse to blast that impressive sound system you have invested sitting in your living room.

I think you should talk about her disturbing your peace and quiet already , directly to your neighbor she visits , so she can tell her .

She is obviously a woman with no tact. I think I would simply approach her and let her know that she is disturbing the peace and ask her to be more considerate of others.

@marlina I guess if she comes back. I will call her attention. If she still ignore me, I will file a case in our barangay unit.

you should probably talked to your neighbor so they can talk with their friend to be not to loud as she is disturbing peace in your community or otherwise ask your neighbor not to let her in your neighborhood.

Maybe try avoiding her, or when she starts to gossip change the subject, or tell her that you don't want to hear gossip?

@lilnana1111 I will ignore her. Perhaps this person needs to have her match. If it happens, I will be the first one to laugh at her.
